最近よくござって下さるお客様が、東京からのお客さまをつれて、
当店にいらっしゃったときの話。 夜の席でしたので野菜料理をメインに食べていただいた後、お蕎麦を お出ししたところ、その方のテンションが変わりました。 その方は蕎麦ッ食いと自称されるほど蕎麦好きの方。 お酒を飲みながら料理を召し上がっていたのに、 蕎麦を前にするとお茶で口を洗い、姿勢を正して箸をすすめました。 太いとか細いとかじゃなくて しょっぱいとか甘いとかじゃなくて 太郎の蕎麦に対する姿勢を、もり蕎麦を通して、見抜かれてしまった。 日々頭をもたげている、蕎麦屋に関する悩みや不安や気持ちが伝わってしまった。 まったく恐ろしい商売です。蕎麦屋という仕事は。 |

made me hear the farmers' cry even louder
when i see yellow cavendish bananas everywhere
then i feel sad that life back in Mindanao is poisoned
while consumers freezes in the winter of blindness
your mothers told me
that bananas, they feed to their babies
bananas are also good for the old and the sick
banana diet, banana power good for well being
do we poison again the silent spring?
